A little more about what we offer

At Integrated Psychotherapeutic Solutions, my aim is to make you feel better. I offer different therapies so that person can find an approach to suit their needs and preferences.

I welcome any contact asking questions about what I can offer. I have intentionally not put too much wording on the website so that it is easy and accessible, however I’m sure that leaves some people with questions, so please do email or call me.

The first session is priced at half the price of a usual session and you are welcome to come and see how my approach feels to you with no pressure to carry on sessions.
